The campaign was initiated by the OP "Ekoravnovesie" and Sofia Municipality, with the organizational assistance of the association "VOTAN - a new life for the pit bull".
Unfortunately, animal shelters are taking in an increasing number of dogs from so-called "strong breeds". Breeds whose representative face is always the American Pit Bull Terrier. Breeds that are wonderful in themselves, but require a deeper understanding from their owners and a heightened sense of responsibility. Factors that, unfortunately, are often overlooked, and the result is visible in the shelter cages, filled to the brim.
We are happy that Vladimir Karamazov and Nadya Mladenova are the faces of this campaign. They are ideal examples not only of the type of individuals who are constructive for society, but also of the type of owners of such dogs. Emotionally mature people, committed to the specific case, consciously responsible owners of their dogs.
